我在古晉出差時入住了 Kingwood Hotel Kuching，整體體驗還不錯。酒店位置方便，離市中心和河濱步道不遠，打車很容易。房間空間夠大，床鋪舒適，打掃也挺乾淨。 早餐種類不多但味道可以接受，工作人員態度普遍友好。缺點是設施稍顯老舊，尤其是浴室部分有點磨損，Wi-Fi 信號也有時不太穩定。 總體來說，這家酒店性價比不錯，適合短期出行或商務住宿。如果不太在意設施的新舊程度，是一個不錯的選擇

hair dryer baru guna sekejap, rosak sudah, AND minta extra hair dryer online sebelum sampai, tapi tidak bagi bawah katil sangat kotor dan ada jumpa used tissue ..... kebershihan boleh tengok la gambar bathroom bawah. dan Selimut ada rasa basah dan cadar kotor membuat kulit kawan saya gatal sepanjang malam! Awalnya tempahan untuk bilik tiga orang dengan dua katil saiz single, tetapi kami diberi dua katil single! Mereka minta tambah RM41 untuk tukar bilik! NOT recommend!

First Day- Try to adjust the aircon temperature and it suddenly turn off. Almost request for bedroom change but it turns back on after 10mins. Its an interconnected bedroom, not soundproof and less privacy. We heard person next door snoring. 2nd- TV wasn’t functioning, all black screen. The water kettle wire was loose and we have to fix it.

Very dated hotel. Not so good location in terms of what is around the hotel. They should clean up the fungus growing on the walls along the walkway to the rooms. Big twin Double beds. The parking is on public parking lots but if you buy a booklet of parking tickets from them, they will put a coupon every half hour for you.

Kamar + kamar mandi bersih. Layanan dari staff bagus & helpfull. Saya diperbolehkan check in lebih awal. Di belakang hotel ada kedai Melayu yang menjual makanan halal ( laksa, kolok mee, ayam goreng,dll). Catatan untuk hotel : 1. Di kamar mandi tidak disediakan sikat gigi. 2. Lampu lift kurang terang. 3. Area kolam renang kurang terawat.
